– Send the original invoice number and a copy of the failed exam result to our support team within 7
days of result receipt.

Refund Not Applicable In These Cases:
– Exam taken within 24 hours of product purchase.
– Retired exams.
– Mismatch in candidate name and account holder/payment processor.
– Mismatch in candidate email and payment email.
– No attendance of the exam after product usage.
– Expired orders (beyond 90 days from purchase).
– Unlimited Access packages.
– Training courses including videos/VPN access.
– Incorrect product downloads due to wrong purchases.
– Exam version changes introduced by SAP SE Germany.

How to Claim a Refund or Exchange:
1. Provide Government-Issued ID with photo.
2. Submit Exam Result: Photo or PDF of your official exam result.
3. Timeframe: All documents must be submitted within 5 days of your exam date.
4. Processing: Refund/exchange processed within 48 hours of complete submission.

Free Exchange Option:
Instead of a refund, opt for a free exchange to access a different exam preparation set.

Final Interpretation Rights:
